How to made Pipe Bend

How We Use Induction Bending For Metal And Steel Pipes And Tubes?

The induction bending process as below:

1. Induction bending (also known as "hot bending" and sometimes as "hot rolling") happens when heat is applied to a specific area of a metal tube or steel pipe, usually with the use of an induction coil, in order to make the material easier to bend to a preset radius. People often refer to this as hot induction pipe bending.

2. The steel is heated to between 800 and 2,200 degrees Fahrenheit and while the steel is still hot, pressure is applied to form the bend. The steel is then quenched with either air or water spray.
